These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Advanced Tracking Academy membership and related digital content ("Membership"). By purchasing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

2. What the Membership includes
The Membership gives you access to digital content for setting up server-side tracking, including pre-built Google Tag Manager containers you can download, step-by-step lessons, documentation, ongoing updates, and community support. Specific contents may change and expand over time.
3. Billing, renewal, and price
- The Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout.
- It renews automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge.
- If you keep an active subscription, you keep the price you joined at. If you cancel and rejoin later, the current price applies.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your billing portal (the link is in your welcome email and your account), or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then it stops. We do not charge you again after you cancel.
5. Immediate access and your right of withdrawal
The Membership is digital content supplied online, including downloadable containers and lessons that deliver their value as soon as you access them.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal ("cooling-off period") when buying online. Because this is digital content delivered immediately:
- By purchasing, you expressly request that we start providing the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for the downloadable tracking containers once you download them.
- Accessing or watching the lessons does not, by itself, end your right of withdrawal. Downloading the containers does.
You confirm this request and acknowledgment when you accept these Terms at checkout. This statutory section does not limit the voluntary money-back guarantee in Section 6, which we offer to all customers.
6. Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer all customers, in any country, a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
One condition: because the tracking containers are yours to keep once you download them, downloading the containers ends your refund eligibility. Accessing or watching the lessons does not affect your eligibility. When a refund is issued, your access ends and your license to any materials you downloaded terminates (Section 7). Any mandatory refund rights you have under your local consumer law are not affected by this section.
7. License to use the materials
The containers, templates, and lessons are provided for your own use and your own client work. You keep any container files you download. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish the materials as a competing product, or share your account access with others.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Membership or community, including no unlawful use, no harassment of other members, no attempts to break or abuse the platform, and no sharing of credentials.
9. No guarantee of advertising results
We provide tools and education for server-side tracking. We do not control advertising platforms or their algorithms, and we do not guarantee any specific return on ad spend, conversion volume, match quality, or business result. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own setup, data, and the platforms themselves.
10. Third-party services
The Membership works alongside third-party services such as Google Tag Manager, Stape, GA4, Meta, TikTok, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Membership is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Changes to the Membership or these Terms
We may update the Membership and these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes that affect your subscription will be communicated to you. Continuing to use the Membership after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
